We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in order to better serve all of our clients. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate another customer. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged as if you attended.
We do not provide refunds on any of our services or goods. We do provide appointment modifications and studio credit. All of our packages have a one-year expiration date.
Please bring clean socks with you and wear them throughout your session on the Gyrotonic® equipment.
