MOVEMENT DYNAMIC
GYROTONIC, BALLET AND YOGA CLASSES.
MOVEMENT IS THE FOUNDATION OF LIFE.
MEET ARPI
For over 10 years, I have taught ballet classes and the Gyrotonic® Method at various schools and studios. I have had the pleasure to work with people of various ages and abilities. The outcomes continue to surprise me. My experience is both personal and theoretical. I have been classically trained in ballet and understand what it takes to improve one single movement as well as recover from an injury. Gyrotonic® is a quick, easy, and long-lasting way to improve and heal a
dysfunctional movement.
When my body first felt the results of Gyrotonic®, I was astonished. The surprising outcome and sensation I had from just one session inspired me to become certified in order to assist myself and others. I care, I love, and I am good at what I do. I know first-hand what it takes to train at an elite level, what it takes to remain at that level, and most importantly my approach is to approach everything with integrity. Let’s create a new space of movement, growth, and health together.
LET’S CREATE A SPACE OF MOVEMENT, GROWTH, AND HEALTH TOGETHER
We offer adult beginner ballet and Ballet for the kids.
Adult beginner ballet classes can take anyone and any age, even if they have not done ballet before.
The age is 7-10 years old.
We offer two classes a day, four times a week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 / 4:45 to 5:00 and Saturday from 9:30-10:30 / 10:45 to 12:00
We teach Vaganova style.
My mission is to teach a strong ballet foundation and correct placement to kids who like to be professional dancers.
The program is 2 to 3 years, depending on the student. After the program, they will be ready to attend any school they want where they will continue their dance education.
Many articles have discussed the rapid-growing trend and benefits of the Gyrotonic® Method. It was developed in the 1970s by Romanian dancer Juliu Horvath, after suffering from debilitating injuries. This workout challenges the body to move three-dimensionally as opposed to the more traditional linear and two-dimensional movements—think about how a gyroscope moves. This training moves the body and joints in big circles to help lengthen, strengthen, and heal. These are necessities for dancers especially if the desire is to have a healthy and satisfying career with longevity. The Gyrotonic Method could be the balance missing in your training.

Yes, there is Gyrotonic® equipment that is used and has been developed around the human body with the emphasis placed on total and complete freedom of movement. All the equipment was designed to enhance the process of building coordination, strength, and flexibility. Gyrotonic® exercises offer the same healthy resistance provided by water, but unlike exercises that are performed under water—where it is difficult to regulate an exact movement pattern and correct position—exercises performed on various Gyrotonic® equipment are done with the ability to adjust the range of motion and control of positioning.

Gyrotonic can improve:
- Flexibility and extensions
- Turnout
- Coordination and stamina
- Jumps
- Turns
- Strength and connection
- Balance and alignment
The basics of the Gyrotonic® technique are comprised of a completely new workout system—developed by Juliu Horvath—and uses the Gyrokinesis® method as the foundation to exercise the musculature while mobilizing and articulating the joints. The Gyrotonic® approach is a one-of-a-kind workout and equipment system that blends movement concepts from yoga, dancing, gymnastics, swimming, and tai chi. This unique method is designed to stretch and develop muscles along with activating and strengthening connective tissues in and around the body's joints. All of this is simultaneously done while expanding the range of motion and building coordination. Exercises that are linked with breathing patterns can improve aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation as well as promote neuromuscular regeneration. Gyrotonic can improve:
- Scoliosis
- Shoulder dysfunction
- Tightness and/or in hips
- Knee injuries
- Ankle injuries
- Stroke recovery
Our bodies are built up of this home network of interrelated systems; when the systems are out of balance, we become weak, and the day-to-day demands of life become more difficult to handle. This lesson covers the whole human system. Gyrokinesis is available to people of all ages and abilities. Every learner can move on a chair or the floor within their specific range of motion. The movement activities raise awareness while also helping to increase strength and generate more room in the joints for improved mobility in our bodies. The advantages of Gyrokinesis exercise sequences improve the quality of life for athletes, those who are exercising post-rehabilitation, and everyone who wants to stay strong and active. The ability to build greater strength and balance for your complete system will enable anyone to continue doing whatever they enjoy doing and do it better.
The entire system is awakened and brought into greater equilibrium at the end of a Gyrokinesis session. The parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated by focusing on the breath, resulting in a sensation of tranquility, well-being, and mental clarity.

TESTIMONIALS
“I’m lucky to have a teacher that hasn’t pushed me too fast. That understand the whole body. I’m encouraged to do Gyrotonics @arpineazlvyan and keep my body strong! I’m thankful to Ms Arpi!”
I have taken many Gyrotonic classes with Arpi. I am very grateful because she has helped me a lot in many areas of my body that I had problems with. She is such a wonderful Gyrotonic teacher and extremely caring. I would highly recommend her.
Arpi has been using Gyrotonics to train my daughter weekly for the past four years. My daughter is a ballet dancer, and Arpi, having been a ballerina, knows what is needed to develop strength and flexibility in a dancer without creating bulky muscles. Also, Arpi knows how to get the most out of her clients. While she is strict and demanding, she is kind and very supportive, creating an environment that fosters growth. Arpi’s knowledge of health, the body, and creating a healthy body through Gyrotonics has been an invaluable contribution to my daughter and her training. We are so grateful for her. If you need to make your body as healthy as it can be, because Arpi works with everyone of all ages and backgrounds, not just dancers, contact Arpi. We highly recommend Gyrotonics with Arpi and Movement Dynamic.
My daughter has been taking Gyrotonics classes with Arpi for more than 4 years, and her flexibility and strength have improved incredibly. Arpi has an extensive background in ballet training, so she has cultivated a very unique Gyrotonic training program for pre-professional ballet dancers. She is patient and fully invested in her clients. She operates out of a beautiful dance studio with top-notch facilities. She has several different types of Gyrotonic equipment specific to different needs. Her studio is clean and pleasant to be in. I Highly recommend Movement Dynamic.
Arpi is so passionate about her practice and is committed to helping her clients achieve a healthier body.
I look forward to this class all week. No matter what kind of mood I have, the very minute I step into this class, I become the happiest person in the world! Gyrotonic has brought me so much peace and joy in my life. Thank you!
The teacher is extremely passionate when teaching!!
