Private, personalized sessions in Corona Del Mar built on 15+ years of classical ballet training and certified Gyrotonic® instruction — for every age, every body, every goal.
For over 15 years, Arpi has taught ballet and the Gyrotonic® Method at studios and schools, working with people of every age and ability. Classically trained in ballet, she understands first-hand what it takes to refine a single movement — and what it takes to recover from injury.
"When my body first felt the results of Gyrotonic®, I was astonished. That sensation from just one session inspired me to become certified so I could help myself, and others. I care, I love, and I am good at what I do. Let's create a new space of movement, growth, and health — together."

Improve your flexibility, build long, lean strength, and develop a stronger body without setting foot in the studio. Inspired by ballet conditioning, Pilates, and functional movement, each live virtual session uses simple equipment — a Pilates ring, TheraBand, small exercise ball, and wooden dowel — to stretch, strengthen, and realign safely and effectively.
A graduate of Armenia's prestigious School of Choreography, Arpi performed professionally for over 20 years — dancing lead roles in Giselle, Don Quixote, and The Nutcracker at the Alexander Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet National Theater before relocating to the United States.
Since 1993 she has taught ballet to students of every level, and after healing her own dance injuries through Gyrotonic®, became a certified instructor herself. Her approach: train hard, heal fully, and move with integrity.
